This unique two-drawer console table is made from a handwoven Berber Moroccan Touareg floor mat. This expertly crafted console table is newly made and showcases the stunning vintage textiles that were once originally North African Touareg rugs. Traditionally handwoven from reeds, the dried fibres are finely split into small strips and the surface is reminiscent of very small slats of wood.

Edged simply with antique leather, we think these units would be perfect in an alcove in a dining room or sitting room The simple legs make it a versatile choice for any hallway or living room, while providing the perfect display for antiques and under-table baskets.
