Moroccan antique bowl Amine | No1

Hand carved from pale timber with charming engravings and visible mending to the bottom and the most charming ornate metal staples we have.

This charming item would have been used in the kitchen in the mountains and deserts of Morocco for over 100 years.  The round bottom shape indicates that this dish was used for whisking or beating so perhaps it was a butter bowl.  

This charming bowl having a round bottom sits at a very slight angle on a flat surface.
